  1. Rent Due Date
    Rent payments are due on the first of each month. You may drop off a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order in the Office, or the rent drop box.

  2. Rent Late Fees
    A late fee of $10 will be charged to your account if payment is not made by the fifth of every month. Each apartment is given a one-time late fee amnesty, which will be applied to your first late fee. As stated in the lease, there is a $35 returned check (NSF) charge on ALL returned checks. After two (2) NSF checks, we will required a Money order or Cashier Check only.

  3. Lockouts
    During office hours, the office will unlock your apartment if you provide a photo ID and you are a registered leaseholder or occupant in the apartment. For after-hours lockouts, please call the 24-hour hotline at (206) 408-1416 and a Staff Member will let you into your apartment within a reasonable amount of time, please keep in mind some staff members may have to come from afar and the wait may be substantial and we apologize for the inconvenience. There is a $100 charge for this service.

  4. Lost Keys, FOBs, Spares and Garage Remotes:
    Please visit the office if you need to replace lost keys, FOBs, spares, or garage remotes. There is a charge of $25 per key, and $75 for key FOBs which is due at time of replacement.
